We will list a maximum of 3 brokers per city at a time and the first to "claim" a city or town will get the top listed profile. This not only rewards you for your membership, but also allows you to be the very first choice for both other real estate brokers looking to send referrals to your city or town, but also for potential buyers who will be visiting the CoBrokers.com website. Your Profile will include your name, company name, link to your website, link to your email address, telephone number, and a 10+- word description of your services. The Enhanced Profile Page will be a complete webpage hosted here on the CoBrokers.com website, and will effectively serve as an additional website working for you in the search engines. You can include your company logo, your photo, a link to your website and your listings, and all contact information. You can also have up to 200 words of description on your Enhanced Profile Page. We will use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to add Title/Description/Keywords to your EPP and then enter it into the major search engines for added exposure. If you do not have a website, you can actually use this EPP as your primary website. We can even show you how to display your EPP at your own domain name, costing $10+- a year.
